Check us out. The Red Wing Makers host an open house, April 4 from 7pm – 8pm! You’ll find our lab at the rear of Minnesota State College Southeast, Red Wing Campus (follow the signs in the parking lot).
This event is open to the public and all are welcome. Well attended children are also welcome.
During our open house, you’ll see the tools and workspace we’ll soon be ready to offer. While our doors aren’t quite open yet, we wanted to show you what we have been working on and have in store for our community. Maker staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. While we’re finishing up our insurance, we will be unable to power-on any equipment.
While we do not have an estimate when we will officially open. We hope to open in the second quarter of 2017. Join our mailing list to stay up to date on all the latest developments. Or better yet, attend our monthly meeting on the first Tuesday of every month at the Red Wing Ignite building in Red Wing from 7-8pm.
We hope to host additional open houses, where we’ll host on-site demonstrations, free introductory classes, workshops, and seminars in the future.
The Red Wing Makers are very thankful for Travis at Minnesota State College Southeast and Neela at Red Wing Ignite.
Without the help from them and their organizations, we would be unable have such a wonderful Maker Space facility to offer to the community. Thank you!
